Think in layers, movement, and tone. Editorial sessions are best styled with minimal palettes, rich textures, and silhouettes that photograph well in natural light. A refined wardrobe doesn’t need to be elaborate—it just needs to feel like you, elevated. I tend to tell clients to stay away from bold bright colors and shot dresses. Flowy dresses give you as a client something to play with and lots of movement...WHICH IS THE BEST!
What should be worn for a session?
Yes— I love photographing in both familiar and foreign places.
Do you travel?
I typically book 2–3 months in advance for portraits, and 8–12 months for weddings. However, I always welcome last-minute magic when possible.
